Services
The Education and Development Team partners with
departmental leaders, Quality Improvement, and Human
Resource staff to facilitate development and educational
opportunities. In doing so, the team assesses learning needs
and plans, develops, implements, and evaluates programs to
support professional practice promoting organizational and
role specific competencies. The Team provides high quality,
customer-focused services to staff, patients and families,
and affiliated students and faculty.
The Education & Development Team is comprised of
professional staff with training and expertise in Adult and
Nursing Education, Pediatric Clinical Specialty, and
Organizational Development.
