Social Worker

Degree:
BSW (Bachelor of Social Work) or MSW (Master of Social Work) degree required (most positions require an MSW)

License:
For LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) designation, you must attend a CSWE-accredited MSW program, have at least two years post-master’s degree practice experience, pass a board exam, and meet other requirements specified by your state board. Examination requirements for other designations vary.
